Product Information
Dosage: Most common dosage for oral use of the oils is 2 to 7 drops three times a day. Muscle testing is one way to determine accuracy. If you don't muscle test, a good standard would be to use 3 drops three times a day. More progressive ailments, you may want to start with 5 drops three times a day. Putting the oils in a capsule is a good way to ingest. Empty capsules can be purchased at the health food store. Be sure to only fill and use the capsule at the time of use as storing the oil in a capsule ahead of time causes the capsule to dissolve. Another way to ingest is to take a teaspoon full of coconut oil and drop the oil into the coconut oil and swallow. This is a good method for individuals or children who cannot swallow a capsule.

Aches and Pains
- Don't mix blends; layer them
- Massage Fysical Thera P, Marjoram, Peppermint or lavender directly on aching muscles and joints. Use a warm compress on area until the compress cools. Apply Cairo Care blend to lower back with a warm compress. Then interchange a cold compress - 10-15 minutes each. See "compress"
Acid Reflux
- Drop of Lemon or Peppermint on tongue.
- Drink plenty of water.
- At restaurants or when eating out, put a drop of Lemon in water, drink before eating. Helps to prepare your digestive system for food.
Acne
- Recipe: Mix 5 drops of Tea Tree, 2 drops of Rosemary, to 2 cups warm water with a touch of sea salts or Epsom salts. Wash your face every single night with this mixture.
- Can apply Tea Tree oil with a Q-tip directly to a particularly harsh blemish.
- Support cellular and colon cleansing with Lightening daily! Colonics can also be very useful in detoxing and clearing out acne.
ADD (kids)
- Quiescent. Apply neat on back of neck, at the hairline, on top of ears. For those children that we do not have permission to apply oil directly on, place the oil on a cotton ball on wrist and wave around the child.

Apply Geranium & Cypress oil over kidney area every night before bed. Use the back of your hand to reach around your back and apply.
Aids/HIV
- Spice of Life. On the feet. (Dana has seen an Aids patient apply immune boosting blend to his feet; tests showed it elevated his T-cell count by 400%
Allergies
- This is your body's way of saying "I'm toxic." When your liver is plugged up, you are very sensitive to smells, tastes, etc.
- Important: Liver cleanse. (Suggest 28 days on and 7 days off, resume.)
- Use Eucalyptus and Peppermint on the feet and chest. This will help breathing and open up lungs. Can also diffuse these two oils.
- Apply Peppermint under nose, use your 'pinky finger' so it doesn't get in your eye when you inadvertently rub your eye.
- Helichrysum - alleviates congestion and helps with allergies, colds etc.
Alzheimer's/Dementia
- Frankincense for its ability to cross the blood-brain barrier (It's in the Cairo Care blend too).
Anger
- Apply Cypress oil to the sides of the second toe of both feet.
Anxiety/Panic
- Smell Quiescent for awhile, put some under your nose and behind your ears.
- Apply Lavender to the top of your ears (back and front).
-Apply Geranium to temples, back of neck and pulse areas as well as root chakra.
- Use Quiescent blend for animals. Apply to their ears to help calm them down. Can also apply Lavender to their paws.
Arthritis
- Apply Fysical Thera P blend on location to relieve pain.
Arthritic Stiffness
- A warming, soothing blend for the aches and pains of arthritis;
2 drops of Lavender
2 drops of Helichrysum
2 drops of Peppermint
6 drops of Message oil
Mix into your hands and apply direct to the stiff area.
Asthma
- Caution when diffusing the oils. Lungs are very sensitive. Put the oils on the chest first.
- For relaxation and calming, apply 1-2 drops of Lavender, Lemon, and Quiescent blend neat to the toes and balls of the feet, the upper back, the nape of the neck and the upper chest.
- One drop of Rosemary may be placed on the tongue.
- Asthma is an indication of liver toxicity. Do liver cleanse.
- Taste may be an issue for children and the liver cleanse. Put some Yakon, Yakave or honey in the mixture.
- Asthma Remedy Tea: 1 drop Peppermint oil, 1 drop Lemon oil, 1 drop Eucalyptus oil, 1 tsp honey or Yakon or Yakave (mix together). Add hot water & stir.
- Eucalyptus stops an attack. Put on the chest, back of the neck and nostrils.
- Marjoram on chest followed by Cypress will stop lungs from spasm. Use Lavender to claim.
Athletes Foot (fungus)
- Apply Lemon oil

- Apply Tea Tree oil neat.
- Massage in between the toes and affected area. Make sure to work around and into the toenail as much as possible.
- For particularly bad causes, soak feet in Tea Tree oil mixed with Epsom Salts.
Autoimmune Diseases (Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Crohns' disease, Arthritis, etc.)
1. Before eating or drinking anything else in the morning, prepare a liver cleanse tea.
2. Mix 2-3 drops of Basil, Lavender, Peppermint, and Geranium or Quiescent in a teaspoon of Message messenger oil.
- Massage on the lower back on both sides of the spine in a downward motion.
- Using the same combination of oils, lightly massage the abdomen, starting just below the navel and massaging in a clockwise spiral out to the end of the rib cage and the pelvis.
- Massage the bottoms of the feet (arch area), palms of the hands and upper part of the ears with same combination undiluted.
3. Increase water intake. You should be consuming ounces the equivalent of your weight divided by two. Add a drop of Peppermint or Lemon oil into it to make it more delightful and therapeutic.
4. Eat plain yogurt at least once a day. Do not buy the non-fat or the "lite" kind. You may add fruit, but do not buy the yogurt with fruit already in it. There is too much artificial sweetener.
5. Avoid refined flours, cereals, meats, animal fats, sugars and overly processed foods.
6. To stabilize the body's immune system, everyone should be taking FrequenSea.
