Posted by JB Bardot The November 2011 edition of the New England Journal of Medicine reported that most emergency hospital visits for the elderly are caused by side effects and overdosing from taking blood thinners to prevent strokes and blood clots. Conventional doctors wait until you’re at risk of a stroke or have had your first stroke to prescribe blood thinners in hopes of preventing additional strokes. What they don’t warn you about are the serious possible side effects from these drugs including internal bleeding, stomach ulcers, muscle aches and pains, headaches with dizziness, kidney failure and a boat load of other negatives that can destroy your health. However, there are several natural substances that possess powerful anti-inflammatory properties and also help to thin the blood. These herbs can also produce their own side effects and should not be taken in combination with pharmaceutical drugs. Don’t take any unfamiliar medicinal herb unless supervised by a well-trained herbalist or natural health practitioner. Turmeric Used in Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine for thousands of years, the richly golden spice turmeric is hailed for it’s ability to reduce pain and inflammation. Recent studies have revealed that its pain-killing properties compare with those of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or NSAIDs; however, turmeric does not cause the internal bleeding and digestive upset or toxicity to the liver that is found in some cases of individuals taking NSAIDs. Bromelain Bromelain is an enzyme found in pineapples that also has anti-inflammatory properties and is especially helpful in reducing pain and stiffness associated with arthritis when taken on an empty stomach. Its action is enhanced when taken in combination with turmeric and ginger. Additionally, bromelain is a wonderful digestive enzyme when taken with meals and helps break down proteins, protecting against the formation of uric acid crystals, which are responsible for causing gout and certain types of kidney stones. Ginger Ginger is one of the royal ancient spices of India, China and Japan whose action works to reduce inflammation of the joints and muscles as well as strengthening the immune system and reducing digestive upsets and vomiting. Ginger has been used medicinally for thousands of years and is most effective when used raw in a hot tea; however, it is also helpful when taken in powdered supplements. Garlic A favorite spice for many people — and a popular healing agent around the world — garlic is not only a potent anti-inflammatory herb, but has proven antimicrobial, antifungal and antiviral properties. Eating garlic raw or lightly cooked, or making garlic tea are several of the most effective methods for its medicinal use. Odorless, freeze-dried supplements are available for those who prefer to avoid the strong scent on their breath. Water Simple, plain and life’s staple, water is perhaps one of the best blood thinners available. Allowing yourself to become dehydrated thickens the blood, causing it to clump together and form clots. Drinking enough clear, clean water each day helps keep the blood running smoothly through your circulatory and cardiovascular system, maintaining good health. The ideal daily intake for each individual is 1/2 ounce of water for each pound of body weight; in other words, if you weight 150 pounds, you should ideally drink 75 ounces of water daily. All of these substances have the power to thin the blood. There are other foods as well, such as vitamins B-6, D and E, omega-3 fatty acids, apple cider vinegar and strawberries that act as blood-thinning agents; and when used judiciously under the supervision of your health practitioner, may keep you healthy longer, prevent strokes and blood clots and help keep you off drugs and out of the hospital. Morgellons Disease Is Associated With Lyme Disease In North America, Says New Study
Posted By: CrystalRiver Date: Monday, 30-Apr-2018 21:25:01 Morgellons Disease Is Associated With Lyme Disease In North America, Says New Study Research Supported by the Charles E. Holman Morgellons Disease Foundation Examines Epidemiology of Bizarre Skin Condition in Lyme Patients. “It is time we acknowledge the evidence: Morgellons disease is not a delusional illness, but a dermatologic condition associated with Lyme disease" says Cindy Casey-Holman, director of the Charles E. Holman Morgellons Disease Foundation (CEHMDF) of Austin, TX. AUSTIN, TEXAS (PRWEB) APRIL 30, 2018 What does the epidemiology look like for a condition long thought to be delusional? That question is addressed in the article entitled "Clinical Evaluation of Morgellons Disease in a Cohort of North American Patients” written by nurse practitioner Melissa Fesler and internist Raphael Stricker from Union Square Medical Associates in San Francisco, CA, together with consultant microbiologist Marianne Middelveen from Atkins Veterinary Services in Calgary, Canada. Morgellons disease is a bizarre dermatologic condition associated with tickborne disease. It is characterized by production of colorful filaments in skin, often accompanied by spontaneously appearing lesions, poor wound healing, fatigue, joint and muscle pain and neurological problems. Morgellons disease was previously thought to be a delusional disorder, and few studies have evaluated the epidemiology of this controversial illness. The new study published in Dermatology Reports analyzes the clinical data from a group of North American patients diagnosed with Morgellons disease. “It is time we acknowledge the evidence: Morgellons disease is not a delusional illness, but a dermatologic condition associated with Lyme disease," says Cindy Casey-Holman, director of the Charles E. Holman Morgellons Disease Foundation (CEHMDF) of Austin, TX. “This is the first study that looks at the epidemiology of Morgellons disease in North America,” she said. The CEHMDF has funded a number of research studies demonstrating that Morgellons pathology is linked to infection with Borrelia burgdorferi, the corkscrew-shaped bacterial agent known to cause Lyme disease. The colorful filaments are composed of keratin and collagen proteins that for unknown reasons are overproduced by cells found in the skin of Morgellons patients. “This study shows that Morgellons disease occurs in about 6% of patients with known Lyme disease, and that there may be around 20,000 new cases of Morgellons disease annually, with a total number of around 300,000 presently in North America,” says Fesler. “Based on these findings, Morgellons disease is slightly more common than hepatitis C virus infection and three times more common than ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease," she said. The rate of Morgellons disease in North America is similar to the rate shown by a study in Australia, and a 3:1 female predominance was found in the North American cohort. “Women tend to have an exaggerated response to infection due to the biological role of protecting developing fetuses,” says Dr. Stricker. Lyme disease is known to disproportionately affect women by a 2:1 ratio, a theme observed in this study. “Genetic susceptibility needs to be evaluated in animal and human populations” adds Middelveen. “We need more funding for larger patient studies to confirm the association between tickborne disease and Morgellons disease in different parts of the world”. About the Charles E. Holman Morgellons Disease Foundation: The Charles E. Holman Morgellons Disease Foundation, based in Austin, TX, is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization committed to advocacy and philanthropy in the battle against Morgellons disease. Director, Cindy Casey-Holman, RN, leads the foundation named for her husband, Charles E. Holman, a pioneer in the fight against Morgellons disease. Currently there is no public funding and very limited private funding to support research for this disease, and the CEHMDF is the recognized authority and primary funding source for Morgellons disease medical/scientific research. We can’t ask the infant to rate the pain on a scale from 1 to 10, but we know that only pain could produce such an agonizing cry that borders on screaming. We may infer that it is a bellyache by observing the way the infant’s legs are drawn up and the way the pain comes in waves as the crying intensifies. Posted by JB Bardot Written by Washington Homeopathy One thing about homeopathy and single homeopathic remedies – they work best when applied based on an individual’s symptoms. So as cold season bares down on us, in homeopathy it’s more important to focus on the “cough” rather than the “cold.” Unless of course, you don’t have a cough, then you would look at sinus or other key symptoms. But usually with colds, it’s the cough that is the key indicator. There are many types of coughs and unique sub-sets of symptoms associated with those coughs. While this list is not comprehensive, it highlights 7 important single homeopathic remedies. Each one addresses a unique type of cough and set of symptoms that may accompany that cough. Pulsatilla: A wearying night cough that forces the cougher to sit up. Other symptoms include burning eyes, dry sore throats and thirstless, chilly fevers that cannot stand external heat. Whenever you read about Pulsatilla, a specific personality shows up, something like ‘soft, gentle, mild, affectionate, as well as clingy, weepy, moody, sometimes childish’. The most important aspects of Pulsatilla are a deep need for security with fear of abandonment, and ever changing moods and symptoms. It helps children who need constant attention, who cannot make decisions and are usually capable of manipulation and irritability to get the reassurance they need. They want to please and be pleased in return. They may cling to parents and teachers. Nux vomica: A suffocating cough highlights a restlessness cold or flu with extreme chilliness. This extreme chilliness also marks a Nux fever– drafts are unbearable. The cold may also have burning mucus that blocks the nose at night and a rough sore throat that sends pain toward the ears on trying to swallow the lump in your throat. Ear pain that hurts on swallowing will often find relief in Nux, as well. On the emotional side, typical adjectives for Nux individuals or states include: competitive, impatient, impulsive, ambitious, aggressive, fastidious, restless. Stress from excess is an important keynote, whether brought on by too much work, food, fun or spirits. Kali bich: Stubborn, gagging cough. Beginning with the sinuses, the thick, ropy, yellow to green, sticky, stringy, stubborn, smelly mucus crusts up in the nose and fills the sinuses causing choking post nasal drip, a stubborn cough to clear the throat, hoarseness and pain especially at the root of the nose. As mucus accumulates overnight, morning becomes a torment of blocked nasal passages with stubborn hacking, hawking, gagging and coughing. Once into your chest, the cough can be very stubborn, painful and croupy. These symptoms often include a sore swollen throat that feels dry and the pain may extend to the ears Phosphorus: A racking violent cough set off by a tickle in the aching raw throat. The colds Phosphorus treats best move quickly into the chest. The cough may set the body trembling and cause labored breathing and tightness across the chest. A key trait to its fever is great thirst for cold drinks that are vomited soon after warming in the stomach. Hoarseness usually results from these colds, but it also helps hoarseness from overuse, especially in singers. Bryonia: A dry, hacking cough with stitching pains. Bryonia relieves ailments that approach slowly, linger too long and may result from being chilled when overheated or from fast weather changes. Its slow moving flu and colds are marked by dryness. Other symptoms include a bone-aching, chill-ridden fever, great thirst for cold water, dry throat and a “don’t touch me, leave me alone” growl. Hepar Sulph: A dry or rattling cough. Chilliness and yellow phlegm also dominate this cold and there may be sinus pressure with splinter-like sore throats. The individuals needing Hepar sulph most lack internal heat, are easily offended, can get violently angry especially regarding rudeness or causes. They may become quite morose, sad and highly irritable, especially at night. Though not highly active, they may speak, eat and act out quickly and impulsively. In general, if highly sensitive to cold, pain, and touch, you might want to examine Hepar sulph, especially if cold air feels threatening. Natrum mur: A dry tickling cough. Dryness underlies many of Nat mur’s applications. Its colds and congestions have a dry rawness along with thickening clear to whitish mucus. On the emotional plane, the dryness becomes idiomatic as Nat mur applies to poorly circulated stress– suppressed grief, humiliation and heartbreaks. Sadness, irritability, anger, sleeplessness and haunting memories tend to dominate. Complaints tend to improve with open air, deep breathing and tight clothing, and worsen with consolation, more emotion, hormonal fluctuations and sunlight (especially headaches). A deep crack in the lower lip and a desire for salty foods further indicate a need for Nat mur. Now, Lyme Heroes are pushing back
Posted By: X_Hermes [Send E-Mail] Date: Saturday, 21-Apr-2018 12:07:45 Many of us have read articles that attribute Lyme as being developed in a laboratory, to which I would personally give credence. Its effects have been growing since it first appeared approx 42 years ago in Connecticut USA (and, NOT coincidentally, just10 miles away from the bio-warfare centre on Plum Island, in Gardiners Bay, NY). The disease has been spreading rapidly, and it seems that a very high degree of the population may be unknowingly affected. For some, who are badly affected, they can be completely disabled, perhaps spending years in a wheelchair and highly dependant on friends and family. It is easy to come to the conclusion that this is a bio-warfare agent, being used aggressively against the global population. When you take this in conjunction with the Cabal’s oft-stated position that they plan to decrease the global population by 90% it makes such a bio-warfare agent even more likely. The main distribution method for Lyme is through tick bites. There have been reports on RMN of aircraft dropping large numbers of such ticks in a number of places, both US and Europe. This is then – unsurprisingly – followed by a huge surge in the numbers of ticks found on the ground, as they breed. Less known ways to distribute Lyme have been obscured, such as horseflies, mosquitos, congenital and possibly sexual inter-human infection. And the incidence of Lyme continues to rise, gaining momentum the while. To compound this, the mainstream medical profession treats all the evidence of Lyme as if it were invisible. Frequently, people who complain of Lyme symptoms have been held to have a psychiatric problem. To get a grasp on the scope of ‘Lyme’, this long list of 369 potential misdiagnoses will help. https://on-lyme.org/en/solvers/misdiagnoses It captures the suppression of knowledge about and denial of Lyme, and leads to 369 erroneous medical treatment models for treating apparent diseases (the many different faces of Lyme) that the sufferers probably don’t have. At the core of this are the ICD codes of the WHO, which list ‘all known diseases’ and their causes – but, very significantly, not Lyme nor the effects of a tick bite. This is vitally important because the codes constitute the diagnostic reference list for doctors; it is also the basis for validating medical insurance claims and providing accurate statistics to steer both research funding and informed health policies. My conclusion from all of the above: LYME IS A DEVASTATING GLOBAL PROGRAM OF BIO-WARFARE AGAINST WE, THE PEOPLE! I would like now to introduce a much valued friend of mine, who I believe is a Hero of the pushback against Lyme and the way it is being systemically ignored (and I say, ‘so that it will do the most damage possible’). Huib Kraaijeveld is a Dutchman, 47 years of age, who has dedicated his life to creating both public and medical professional awareness of Lyme, and through that, to encourage the emergence of effective methods of treatment and support. Huib holds a degree in Social Psychology from Nyenrode Business University – the Dutch equivalent to Harvard Business School. [https://www.nyenrode.nl/en/home] In his youth he trained to be a professional footballer, but after severe injury (which was in retrospect probably due to undiagnosed Lyme) changed tack, and for the next twenty years had a successful career in business training. In hindsight he had Lyme for maybe 30 years, at least three of which were spent in a wheelchair – this is long before the weaponised version came out of those Plum Island laboratories. In actuality, the first mentions of Lyme (before it was called that) are from Nazi scientists during WW2. Since many of those scientists came to the US with Operation Paperclip, it should not be a surprise that the technological development program for Lyme should come with them.Huib is now as recovered as you can be from Lyme – the borreliose bug is always there. His experience as a Lyme sufferer has been the driver for his work to help others. HUIB’S ACCOMPLISHMENTS Huib has now spent over eight years working on creating an overview of the whole complex Lyme situation, then putting it in easily accessible form for public consumption. He has written 370 well researched articles and conducted in depth interviews, read by over 350,000 readers to date. He set up and manages the On-Lyme Foundation in Holland: https://on-lyme.org/en/sufferers/lyme-stories He wrote the book “Shifting the Lyme Paradigm” in two languages, both available in hard copy and as a web publication. He then made it available as a ‘priceless edition’ (i.e., without a price), because so many people affected by Lyme can’t work, and consequently don’t even have the money to buy the book. You can download it at: https://huib.me/en/product/shifting-the-lyme-paradigm-as-a-priceless-e-book/ And, for those who need to read the book, it is priceless in the classic sense as well! In 2017 he received a ‘Person of Merit’ accolade (by public vote) by The Fire Keepers, an organisation with a board of eminent people, and that recognises outstanding work done for the public good. See: http://thefirekeepers.blogspot.nl/2017/04/organisationgroup-of-merit-on-lyme.html He is part of an established and extensive worldwide network of all-voluntary medical and related professionals, which addresses the current status quo as a human rights violation of countless million of people around the globe with the UN. In June 2017 Huib visited the WHO and UN with his colleagues. At the UN they reported the WHO’s refusal to update their ICD codes for Lyme as constituting human rights abuses, and they conferring with the Special Rapporteur to Health and Human Rights to the UN. Their report was supported by over 260 peer-reviewed scientific articles. (Side note: Very clever of the cabal, to launch a major bio-weapon against the public, and simultaneously disable all conventional defences by grossly manipulating the medical field) At a conference in Boston, Jenna Luché-Thayer who is leading these global efforts, gave a presentation about the major problem with ‘The Codes’. Here are two You Tube videos explaining what Huib and Jenna are doing, featuring Jenna in Boston https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LLIO0r1mCcE&t=1290s and Huib in London). https://youtu.be/C8sdBJKKKE4 The human rights angle with the UN steers the ‘discussion’ away from the cabal medical chess board that the game has been played on for the last decades. Some may feel that also the UN is corrupt, but Huib says that the really positive progress this far tells him very differently. Because large numbers of people are becoming ill through Lyme all around the planet, that has opened doors and gained serious UN attention. Because of that initial effort, Huib is currently involved (with others) in preparing new critically needed reports to the UN, required to address the collusion of medical entities, insurers and State actors in corruption and fraud related to Lyme. He tells me they are making excellent progress, although most of the specific projects cannot be talked about openly as yet. As a result of all this activity, Huib is increasingly being invited to present his work at conferences around the world. This is something he very much needs to do as a key to extending the reach of the project. But it brings with it costs associated with travel and lodging, which are not always reimbursed. ILLEGAL PUSHBACK FROM ‘THE AUTHORITIES’. As so often happens when an individual challenges a corrupt status quo reflecting the nefarious desires of the cabal, Huib has come under a great deal of pressure to cease his work and just ‘shut up’! Within a month of publishing his book he was simultaneously subjected to four major law suits, two of which came via government – and all of which eventually proved to be fraudulent. However, there is huge take-up of time and money to defend such suits – which is exactly why legal assault is a frequent operating practice for the cabal. Huib was very nearly bankrupted by this very nasty legal attack strategy. It is very hard to be effective under a firestorm of false accusations and court appearances. After four years of fighting back and refusing to be intimidated, Huib has now won all four cases, showing the falsehood of the accusations. I SAY THE CABAL’S BIG ATTACK… shows the real-world effectiveness of the work Huib is doing! And, I suggest, Huib should be recognised as a hero on behalf of Lyme sufferers, for persevering with both his defence and his Lyme work through all that was thrown at him. SUPPORT FOR HUIB KRAAIJEVELD For some time, Huib has been doing his work on what I call a ‘Robin Hood’ system, i.e., to subsidise / give (often) to the poor and take a little more from the rich. Inevitably this means that a lot of what he does is done freely and at his own expense, and thus, because of his great dedication he lives at a near-breadline level much of the time. Huibs friends and colleagues have been pressing him for some time to create a regular funding mechanism, so as to simply have a basic ‘salary’ to continue his work and to keep his independance. Our hope has that mostly healthy people with sound employment and a good heart will create a syndicate to finance it, by pledging a monthly amount that they will not miss. So – finally – he has set up a Patreon account, which you can find here: https://www.patreon.com/huib If you feel able to support a Lyme Hero, if you have friends or relatives with Lyme, or if you just want to see the cabal bested, please go to the Patreon site and do whatever you can. PS: (From the On-Lyme Foundation) Recently, a group of Lyme disease patients in the United States filed a lawsuit against several major health insurance companies and a group of Lyme disease specialists seeking treble damages for RICO Act (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) and Sherman Act antitrust violations. Four months earlier, Dr. Sin Hang Lee also initiated a legal action against the CDC for anti-competitive campaign to stifle the use and availability of his DNA-based direct test to diagnose Lyme disease. More recently, court materials surfaced which show credible reasons to believe that the role of Yale University in suppressing development and use of direct detection methods in the diagnosis of Lyme disease at the early stage of infection for patient care should also be scrutinized by the media and the lawyers of the RICO suit. Most Bottled Water Contaminated With Microplastics

The worst offender was Nestlé Pure Life. https://youtu.be/I75qa0kTeY4 https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2018/04/21/bottled-water-microplastics-contamination.aspx?utm_source=dnl&utm_medium=email&utm_content=art1&utm_campaign=20180421Z1_UCM&et_cid=DM200700&et_rid=281873291 Story at-a-glance Tests reveal bottled water contains nearly twice as many microplastic particles per liter as tap water. The contamination is thought to originate from the manufacturing process of the bottles and caps Researchers tested 259 bottles of 11 popular bottled water brands for the presence of microscopic plastic. On average, the bottled water tested contained 325 pieces of microplastic per liter Only 17 of 259 bottles were found to be free of microplastic particles, and none of the brands tested consistently free of plastic contaminants. The worst offender was Nestlé Pure Life, the most contaminated sample of which contained 10,390 particles per liter In response to these findings, the World Health Organization has vowed to launch a safety review to assess the potential short- and long-term health risks of consuming microplastic in water A report by the U.K. Government Office for Science warns plastic debris littering the world’s oceans — 70 percent of which does not biodegrade — is likely to triple by 2025 unless radical steps are taken to curb pollution By Dr. Mercola Plastic has become an incredibly harmful convenience, now threatening environmental and human health alike, and in more ways than one. With Earth Day being tomorrow, there is no better time to analyze the impact bottled water has had on our planet. There’s the issue of bulk plastics in our landfills, where it will remain indefinitely since most plastic does not biodegrade,1 and microplastics — microscopic pieces of degraded plastic — which now choke waterways across the globe and contaminate drinking water and sea life. On top of that, there are the chemicals used in the production of plastic, many of which have hormone-mimicking activity, thereby threatening animal and human health, including reproductive health. Disturbingly, recent tests reveal most bottled water contains microplastic pollution2 — contamination thought to originate from the manufacturing process of the bottles and caps. The featured CBC marketplace investigation of bottled water found plastic contamination, including rayon and polyethylene, in 30 of 50 water bottles tested. Plastic was even found in bottled water that was sold in a glass container. Researchers at the State University of New York also tested 259 bottles of 11 popular bottled water brands for the presence of microscopic plastic on behalf of Orb Media, a nonprofit journalism organization. Brands included Aquafina, Nestle Pure Life, Evian, Dasani and San Pelligerino. On average, the bottled water tested contained 325 pieces of microplastic per liter; just over 10 of those pieces were at least 100 microns in size, the rest were smaller. Most of these bits and pieces are so tiny they’re invisible to the naked eye. To reveal them, the researchers used a special dye that binds to plastic, combined with infrared laser and blue light. Using orange-colored glasses, the particles appear lit up like stars in the night sky when the water sample is viewed under a microscope. Bottled Water Contaminated With Microscopic Plastic https://youtu.be/NyYa45sz2-U Do You Need to Shower or Bathe Daily to be Healthy? by Sárka-Jonae Miller See more articles by Sárka-Jonae Miller (The Best Years in Life) When former Glee star Naya Rivera called daily showering a “white people thing” it made me wonder if what I was taught in health class was true, that bathing every day was hygienic. In California, we have a severe drought, so I wondered if maybe showering every other day is the right thing to do. So, what does an environmentally, socially, and health conscientious person do? How often do people shower? Most people won't admit to showering less than once a day because of the stigma, so it is hard to say if it is really “normal.” Australia perhaps leads the world on most frequent bathing. According to a survey conducted in October 2006, 62 percent shower every day while 29 percent and 9 percent shower twice a day and three times a day respectively. If you dislike body odor, Australia might be the best place in the world to live. Why do we shower? Once upon a time, before indoor plumbing, families usually bathed once a week and all in the same tub. Typically, bathing order went from oldest to youngest, hence the expression don't throw out the baby with the bathwater. Although reusing the same water for several people is not hygienic, keeping clean is important to protect your skin from diseases. But what about dirt and smell? People who are frequently outdoors, who exercise daily, who are often on subways or in other cramped spaces, or whose jobs involve manual labor should probably shower daily. But a lot of people are unlikely to sweat and get dirt on places other than their hands and face, so do they need to shower as much? John Oxford, a professor of Virology at Queen Mary's School of Medicine and Dentistry, suggests frequent hand washing and keeping the area around the genitals clean, which could be accomplished using a bidet. Otherwise, he says bathing only two to four times a week is adequate. Some people recommend rinsing off daily, especially during summer, but only using soap every other day because it can dry the skin. Soap washes off the oils that are good for your skin. Dana S. Simpler, M.D. says that people wash off too much of their healthy skin oils. Dr. Simpler is an internist at Baltimore' Mercy Medical Center. She also says that people who shower too frequently during winter can get a skin condition called winter itch that results in a dry, itchy rash. What to do If you're not one of the people who need to get clean every day, try showering every other day or only two days out of three. The arms and legs are the areas that tend to dry out more, so during winter especially, try not to use soap on your limbs daily. On the non-shower days, give yourself a sponge bath for your face, hands, underarms, and genital area to prevent body odor and any accumulation of bacteria. However, some bacteria is good for your skin. Dr. Richard Gallo, dermatology chief at the University of California, told the New York Times that skin cells need good bacteria. These helpful bacteria assist skin cells in figuring out how to make antibiotics that fight bad bacteria. A good rule of thumb is if your skin is soft and people can smell your natural scent, you're probably bathing enough. If people can smell you from across the room, you probably should start showering more often. I just hope Rivera bathes frequently enough not to stink for the sake of her new Devious Maids co-stars.
