Manuka Honey For People And Pets: Remarkable Healing Properties Destroy Frightening Superbugs Better Than Antibiotics — Worst Nightmare For
Date: Sunday, 29-Jul-2018 10:38:53 Manuka honey is a powerful antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory agent that kills antibiotic-resistant superbugs such as Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and Vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE). Clinical trials have been conducted into its effectiveness against conditions such as diabetes, bladder infections, skin infections, ulcers and cancer. Due to its tremendous antibacterial and antiviral properties, manuka honey powerful action action diseases such as plague and ebola. Honey has been used medicinally for thousands of years in ancient Greece, in China for Traditional Chinese Medicine and in India with Ayurveda. While western cultures have always seen it as a health food, its medicinal properties are only recently being discovered. Researchers now believe that certain types of honey have stronger healing properties than others. Manuka honey is considered to be one of the most potent, and Western medicine is only just beginning to understand its amazing healing potential. Due to the popularity of Manuka honey, some manufacturers have attempted to cash in on the trend by producing low grade honey and labeling it as authentic Manuka Honey. To let consumers know exactly what they are buying, licensed manufacturers have come up with a labeling system known as the Unique Manuka Factor which lets individuals know the strength and potency of the product. Posted By: Basil [Send E-Mail] Date: Sunday, 29-Jul-2018 15:08:28 ~Basil Dairy protein (casein) causes problems similar to gluten sensitivity. My cookbook presents ways to avoid dairy. You can use raw cashew butter (or regular cashew butter) mixed with coconut milk to cook a tasty cheese substitute that can be used to top a (gluten-free) pizza or make a rich, cheesy cream sauce. This video goes into other problems with eating dairy. ~Don Fw: People don't like to hear this. Saying anything that challenges the healthy image of dairy is met with a range of emotional responses, from disbelief to rage. For years women in the U.S. have been told that we need to consume dairy products to protect against bone loss and osteoporosis. The reality is that countries with the highest consumption of dairy (including the U.S., Sweden, and England) also have high rates of osteoporosis. But that's just the beginning.... Absolutely nothing is more disheartening and frustrating than to be doing everything you believe to be right, and spending hours a day teaching others about real food and nutrition, while suffering in silence with unexplained joint pain and trying to hide an ever incapacitating limp! And then at a Weston A. Price conference on nutrition, Sally Fallon casually dropped a ‘precious jewel’ that has given me the promise of a whole new day! A day? (a lifetime?) without the pain, stiffness and inflammation that have become my albatross. I would like to share it with you, because I know that too many people are suffering just like me. BORON is a mineral that is simply an activator. It helps to activate or cause many other functions to happen within the body. Boron is one of the main minerals used in the bone building process. Boron initiates estrogen by helping convert vitamin D into an active state. The estrogen then improves absorption of calcium. Boron also helps metabolism to take place within the bone. With this metabolism properly functioning, osteoporosis is not a major factor to a person’s health. Once osteoporosis sets in, Boron can play a major role in helping the body to replace lost calcium. Posted by JB Bardot Epstein-Barr is the virus that causes mononucleosis. Most adults have antibodies providing immunity to mono. Epstein-Barr is often confused with chronic fatigue syndrome because the symptoms are similar. There may be fever, fatigue and weakness along with other symptoms that are unresponsive to antibiotics. Certain alternative treatments may relieve symptoms, although some remedies may also produce side effects. A natural health practitioner should be consulted before if you’re unfamiliar with any particular remedy. Homeopathic Mercurius Solubis The symptoms of mononucleosis may respond to treatment with the homeopathic remedy, Mercurius solubis. The person needing Mercurius may have a terribly painful sore throat with drooling and salivation. There may be indentations from the teeth along the side of the tongue, and the person’s breath and body odor may be offensive. In addition there may be profuse sweating, sensitivity to any change in temperature, weakness and swollen glands in the neck and groin. There may be a strong urge to swallow and great thirst. If Mercurius solubis is not helpful, another remedy may be indicated. Echinacea Purpurea The herb echinacea is known as an immune system tonic and a blood cleanser. It has been used world-wide for centuries to treat a variety of diseases both bacterial and viral in nature. Echinacea is available in capsules and as an herbal extract that can be taken in juice or water. The University of Maryland Medical Center recommends 900mg daily for 5 to 7 days. Echinacea should not be taken for a prolonged period after the illness has subsided. Astragulus Astragulus is an herb used in Chinese medicine to build the immune system and as an overall health tonic. The University of Maryland Medical Center notes that although there is no scientific research, anecdotal evidence suggests that astragulus has anti-viral and antiseptic properties. Astragulus may be helpful in the treatment of fatigue and weakness, symptoms that are common in Epstein-Barr. Astragulus may act as a diuretic or produce other side effects. Homeopathic Arsenicum Album The remedy Arsenicum may relieve certain symptoms of fatigue and weakness associated with Epstein-Barr and chronic fatigue syndrome. The person needing Arsenicum may experience trembling with muscle pain, aching in joints, chilliness and burning pains in the throat, digestive tract and elsewhere in the body. There may be muscle fatigue upon the slightest bit of exertion and a fear loosing control. The person may feel anxious, thirsty for sips of cold water or hot drinks. Cranberry Juice Cranberries are high in antioxidants, vitamin C and anthocyanins, all substances that fight free radicals and enhance the immune system. Eating cranberries or drinking cranberry juice may be helpful in fighting off the Epstien-Barr virus and for strengthening your system. Use only unsweetened cranberry juice concentrate and dilute with water to taste. Sweeten with stevia or honey. Cranberry juice is also an excellent flush for the kidneys and help to clear toxins from the blood. Fish Oil The University of Maryland Medical Center mentions that fish oil supplements, which are high in omega-3 fatty acids, may boost your immune system if you have Epstein-Barr virus. They recommend taking one or two capsules of high-quality fish oil daily derived from salmon, sardines, herring or cod. Fish oil can thin the blood, so if you use blood-thinning medicines, consult your health practitioner before adding these supplements to your daily regimen. 6/6/2018 0 Comments Regrow Your Teeth NaturallyPublished on Nov 30, 2013

Posted by JB Bardot The November 2011 edition of the New England Journal of Medicine reported that most emergency hospital visits for the elderly are caused by side effects and overdosing from taking blood thinners to prevent strokes and blood clots. Conventional doctors wait until you’re at risk of a stroke or have had your first stroke to prescribe blood thinners in hopes of preventing additional strokes. What they don’t warn you about are the serious possible side effects from these drugs including internal bleeding, stomach ulcers, muscle aches and pains, headaches with dizziness, kidney failure and a boat load of other negatives that can destroy your health. However, there are several natural substances that possess powerful anti-inflammatory properties and also help to thin the blood. These herbs can also produce their own side effects and should not be taken in combination with pharmaceutical drugs. Don’t take any unfamiliar medicinal herb unless supervised by a well-trained herbalist or natural health practitioner. Turmeric Used in Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine for thousands of years, the richly golden spice turmeric is hailed for it’s ability to reduce pain and inflammation. Recent studies have revealed that its pain-killing properties compare with those of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or NSAIDs; however, turmeric does not cause the internal bleeding and digestive upset or toxicity to the liver that is found in some cases of individuals taking NSAIDs. Bromelain Bromelain is an enzyme found in pineapples that also has anti-inflammatory properties and is especially helpful in reducing pain and stiffness associated with arthritis when taken on an empty stomach. Its action is enhanced when taken in combination with turmeric and ginger. Additionally, bromelain is a wonderful digestive enzyme when taken with meals and helps break down proteins, protecting against the formation of uric acid crystals, which are responsible for causing gout and certain types of kidney stones. Ginger Ginger is one of the royal ancient spices of India, China and Japan whose action works to reduce inflammation of the joints and muscles as well as strengthening the immune system and reducing digestive upsets and vomiting. Ginger has been used medicinally for thousands of years and is most effective when used raw in a hot tea; however, it is also helpful when taken in powdered supplements. Garlic A favorite spice for many people — and a popular healing agent around the world — garlic is not only a potent anti-inflammatory herb, but has proven antimicrobial, antifungal and antiviral properties. Eating garlic raw or lightly cooked, or making garlic tea are several of the most effective methods for its medicinal use. Odorless, freeze-dried supplements are available for those who prefer to avoid the strong scent on their breath. Water Simple, plain and life’s staple, water is perhaps one of the best blood thinners available. Allowing yourself to become dehydrated thickens the blood, causing it to clump together and form clots. Drinking enough clear, clean water each day helps keep the blood running smoothly through your circulatory and cardiovascular system, maintaining good health. The ideal daily intake for each individual is 1/2 ounce of water for each pound of body weight; in other words, if you weight 150 pounds, you should ideally drink 75 ounces of water daily. All of these substances have the power to thin the blood. There are other foods as well, such as vitamins B-6, D and E, omega-3 fatty acids, apple cider vinegar and strawberries that act as blood-thinning agents; and when used judiciously under the supervision of your health practitioner, may keep you healthy longer, prevent strokes and blood clots and help keep you off drugs and out of the hospital.
